This manuscript collects the findings of an exploratory workshop funded
by the European Science Foundation entitled `In/equality for Third
Country Nationals: Implementation and Effects of EU Directives on
Migration and Asylum' successfully convened by Dottoressa Sonia
Morano-Foadi, Dr Micaela Malena and Dr Maja Cederberg on 28­30
June 2010 at Oxford Brookes University, in Oxford. We are extremely
