Ann Brower is a senior lecturer in public policy in the Faculty of
Environment, Society and Design at Lincoln University, New Zealand.

Joseph W. Dellapenna is Professor of Law at the Villanova University School
of Law, USA. He has an extensive background as a litigator and author on
water and other policy matters.

Anel Du Plessis is Associate Professor, Faculty of Law, North-West
University, South Africa.

Michael G. Faure is Professor of Comparative Private Law and Economics at
the Erasmus University Rotterdam; and Professor of Comparative and
International Environmental Law at Maastricht University, the Netherlands.
He also holds other senior academic appointments.

Alex Gardner is an Associate Professor, The University of Western Australia,
Faculty of Law; Adjunct Professor, The Australian National University,
College of Law; and Chief Investigator of Program 5 of the National Centre
for Groundwater Research and Training, Australia.

Nils Goeteyn is a PhD Candidate at Ghent University, Belgium.

Ke Jian is Associate Professor, Research Institute of Environmental Law,
