Dr Ziliang Deng, PhD (Nottingham), is Assistant Professor of Inter-
national Business at Renmin University of China. His recent research has
focused on international new ventures and innovation, and his recent
papers appear in International Business Review, Thunderbird Inter-
national Business Review, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Asian
Business & Management, and Journal of Policy Modeling.
Du Weike received his Bachelor degree in engineering from Huazhong
University of Science and Technology in 2001, and Juris Master degree
from Xiamen University in 2004. He was an examiner for re-examination
of the Patent Re-examination Board of the State intellectual property
office of China from 2004 to 2010, and has been a judge of the Supreme
People's Court of China since 2010.
Professor Feng Xiaoqing, PhD in Law (Peking University), is a Profes-
sor of Law at China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL),
Vice-president of Intellectual Property Law Society of China, Director of
Research Center in Intangible Assets Management of CUPL, Director of
intellectual property management interdisciplinary, CUPL; visiting
scholar, University of British Columbia (UBC) Faculty of Law, Canada;
member of Experts of Committee on case guidance work of the Supreme
Court of China; Attorney at law, Beijing Tianchi Hongfan Law Firm and
Arbitrator, Beijing Arbitration Commission.
Professor Seamus Grimes is Emeritus Professor of Economic Geo-
graphy at the Whitaker Institute, National University of Ireland, Galway.
He obtained his PhD at the University of New South Wales, and spent
many years teaching geography at the National University ...
