Abstract/Description:
This volume has explored the international regulation of natural resources at the intersection of international environmental, human rights and economic law, with a view to identifying areas and issues that deserve further investigation in international legal scholarship. Key questions for future research have emerged in relation to the overarching conceptual approaches to the study of international law and natural resources (Part I), specific natural resources (Parts II–III) and institutional approaches (Part IV). The interrelations between these outstanding research questions will be explored in these Conclusions.
