A project such as this involves many moving parts and players. First and
foremost, let us thank each of the contributing authors Donald A.
Brown, Trevor Daya-Winterbottom, Jan Glazewski, Bernard D. Gold-
stein, Pamela Ko, Bonita Kolb, Kenneth T. Kristl, John A. `Skip' Laitner,
James McElfish, Jill Morgan, John H. Quigley, Patricia Salkin, David B.
Spence, Diana Stares, John Ubinger, Jr., and Jonathan Williamson. The

development issues are emerging many of the contributing authors were
speakers at this conference. In addition, many ideas first expressed at the
conference are further developed in this book.
Next, we had terrific assistance from Ms. Debbie Dantinne, who
helped with formatting, constructing the draft manuscript, and author
biographies, and Jeremy Wingert, who ...
