Number of pages: 17
Abstract/Description:
This chapter introduces the background and the outcome of the model rules on EU administrative procedure law established by the Research Network on European Union Administrative Law (ReNEUAL), first published in 2014. The model rules were developed on the basis of a large-scale comparative administrative law project. The basis of comparison was, on one hand, administrative rules in various EU regulatory policy fields and, on the other hand, approaches to standard questions arising in administrative law contexts in EU Member States or countries outside the EU like the United States of America.
