Acknowledgments
A volume like the present one represents a successful cooperative venture
between authors, editors, and others assisting with the process of ready-
ing the manuscripts for publication. We thus happily acknowledge our
indebtedness to the many individuals who played a role in the emergence
of this book.
First and foremost, of course, we need to thank the many contributing
authors, whose expertise in their respective subject matter and willingness
to work with us made our editorial work easy. Special thanks are due
moreover to those among them who joined the project early on and waited
patiently for the book's publication.
We also owe a special word of thanks to two individuals, Anthony
Cooper and Vincent Yadgood, both May 2018 graduates of Tulane
University Law School, who over many months reliably provided
extremely valuable editorial assistance to the project. Our thanks also go
