Lucila de Almeida is a Research Associate and Scientific Coordinator of the
Online Executive Training on Regulatory Delivery at the Florence School of
Regulation Energy & Climate, Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies,
European University Institute. She joined the University of Helsinki in January
2017 as a postdoctoral researcher the External Dimension of the European
Private Law Project (the FiDiPro), where she is also Lecturer in the LLM
Internal Business Law, faculty member of the multidisciplinary center on sus-
tainability science HELSUS, and collaborator in the InterTran Research Group
for Sustainable Law and Business.
Christoph Busch is Professor of Law at the University of Osnabrück. He
is a Council member of the European Law Institute (ELI), codirector of the
ELI Digital Law Group and a member of the European Commission's Expert
Group to the Observatory on the Online Platform Economy. His research
focuses on digital platforms, standardization of services and personalized
law. He is principal investigator of the research project `Granular Society
Granular Law? Individuality and Normative Models in the Data Society'
funded by the Volkswagen Foundation under a `Momentum' grant (201924).
Marta Cantero Gamito is Assistant Professor of Law at CUNEF (Colegio
Universitario de Estudios Financieros, Madrid) and part-time Associate
Professor in IT Law at the University of Tartu. Prior to that, she was postdoc-
toral researcher at the University of Helsinki and Research Associate at the
FiDiPro Project on the External Dimension of European Private Law, funded
by the Academy of Finland (201518). ...
