SCALEplus rationalization focuses on legislation of the Commonwealth and Territories.
"From Monday 15 April 2002, we will be progressively removing databases in SCALEplus and by July 2002 (at the latest) we will hold only databases of the legislation of the Commonwealth and non self-governing Territories (and related material such as Bills, explanatory memoranda/statements, tables, indexes and other finding aids)."
Case law remains available on individual court sites. Searching across all, or selected, case law databases continues to be available on AustLII.
