Final Report of the Review of the Law of Negligence
Released on 2 October 2002. The Review was chaired by the Honourable Justice David Ipp, and was established as one of the measures agreed by the second Ministerial Meeting on Public Liability Insurance in May. The Review was asked to inquire into the law of negligence and to develop a series of proposals which provide a principled approach to reforming the law of negligence.

American Immigration Law Foundation
offers "education, policy analysis and support to litigators" in the field of immigration law. Most of the website is given to promoting the value of immigration. The policy reports are brief articles on topics such as immigrants in the military, student visas, the recent convention with Mexico, and the economic value provided by undocumented workers. The Legal Action Center section contains documentation from the Foundation on immigration and asylum cases: briefs, memoranda, practice advisories, and sample motions.
