ACT CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 2008 - SECT 100

Conditions of appointment generally

A person appointed as a tribunal member holds the position on terms not provided by this Act or a determination under the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1995

that are—

(a) decided by the Executive; and

(b) stated in the appointment.
