ACT CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 2008 - SECT 108

Functions of assessors

    (1)     An assessor may exercise any function given to an assessor under this Act.

    (2)     An assessor cannot delegate the assessor's functions under this Act.
