COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION ACT 2017 - SECT 10

(Model Law art 10)

    (1)     The parties are free to determine the number of arbitrators.

    (2)     Failing such determination, the number of arbitrators is to be 1.

Note     Subsection (2) differs from the Model Law, art 10 (2), which provides for 3 arbitrators if the parties do not determine the number of arbitrators.
