Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) An arbitral tribunal may make an order allowing a party to arbitral proceedings to disclose confidential information in relation to the proceedings in circumstances other than those mentioned in section 27F.
(2) An order under subsection (1) may only be made at the request of 1 of the parties and after giving each of the parties the opportunity to be heard.
Note There is no equivalent to this section in the Model Law.
