Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The director-general must arrange for a case management plan to be prepared for a young detainee (other than a young remandee) as soon as practicable after the young detainee's admission to a detention place.
(2) The director-general may prepare a case management plan for a young detainee at a detention place who is a young remandee.
