CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 326

    (1)     For a review, the review officer may, by written notice given to any of the following, require the person to promptly give the review officer a written report about the accused detainee:

        (a)     the director-general;

        (b)     the director of public prosecutions;

        (c)     a public servant.

    (2)     The person given the notice must comply with it.
