CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 352L

The director-general must not take further action on a complaint if satisfied that the complaint—

        (a)     lacks substance; or

        (b)     is frivolous, vexatious or was not made genuinely; or

        (c)     has been adequately dealt with.
