(1) If the Childrens Court registers a family group conference agreement about a child or young person under section 391 (2), the court must tell the director-general and the public advocate, by written notice (a registration notice ) about the registration.
(2) If the child or young person is an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person, the court must also give the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people commissioner a registration notice.
(3) If the director-general is given a registration notice, the director-general must give a copy of the registration notice to each person who was invited to attend the family group conference.
