Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) This section applies if the director-general places a child or young person with a foster carer or a residential care service under section 512 (Director-general must place child or young person with out-of-home carer).
(2) Each care entity for the child or young person for the placement must keep the following things during the placement:
(a) protected information about the child or young person that the care entity possesses because of the placement;
