CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 529D

    (1)     The director-general must prepare a transition plan for a young person who is—

        (a)     in out-of-home care; and

        (b)     at least 15 years old.

    (2)     The director-general must take reasonable steps to ensure that the transition plan is implemented.
