Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current ActsThe director-general must give a copy of the application for the intensive therapy order for the child or young person to the following people at least 1 working day before the application is to be heard by the Childrens Court:
(a) the child or young person;
(b) each parent of the child or young person;
(c) any person who has daily care responsibility, or long-term care responsibility, for the child or young person;
(d) the chair of the therapeutic support panel;
(e) the public advocate;
(f) if the child or young person is an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person—the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people commissioner.
