CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 551

The length of an intensive therapy order—

        (a)     must be stated in the order; and

        (b)     must not be longer than 12 weeks.

Note     An intensive therapy order may be extended (see div 16.2.6).
