CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 789
Offence—contravene employment prohibition notice
An employer commits an offence if—
(a)
the director-general gives the employer an employment
prohibition notice under section 788; and
(b)
the employer engages in conduct that contravenes the employment
prohibition notice.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6
months or both.
