(a) to dishonestly induce another person ( C ) to accept it as genuine; and
(b) because C accepts it as genuine, to dishonestly—
(iii) influence the exercise of a public duty.
Maximum penalty: 1 000 penalty units, imprisonment for 10 years or both.
