CASINO CONTROL ACT 2006 - SECT 141

If the Executive or the Minister is required to consider any recommendations made by the commission or a casino advisory panel about a matter, the Executive or Minister may—

        (a)     accept the recommendation; or

        (b)     reject the recommendation; or

        (c)     refer the matter back to the commission or casino advisory panel for further investigation or consideration.
