Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) A person may apply, in writing, to the commission to have an exclusion notice given to the person under section 82 revoked.
Note 1 If a form is approved under the Control Act
, s 53D, for this provision, the form must be used.
Note 2 A fee may be determined under s 143 for this provision.
(2) If the commission receives an application under subsection (1), the commission must revoke, or refuse to revoke, the exclusion notice.
