Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) If a request to register an amendment of a community title scheme complies with this Act and is in registrable form under the Land Titles Act 1925
, the registrar-general must—
(a) register the scheme as amended; and
(b) record the registration of the scheme in the folio of the land titles register for any lot not formerly within the scheme that is within the scheme as amended.
(2) The registration of the amendment takes effect when the registrar-general finishes the action mentioned in subsection (1).
