CIVIL UNIONS ACT 2012 - SECT 11

    (1)     A civil union ends on—

        (a)     the death of either party; or

        (b)     the marriage of either party.

    (2)     A civil union also ends if it is ended by—

        (a)     a party (or both parties) under section 12; or

        (b)     a court order under section 14.
