Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) As soon as practicable after the end of each month, the road transport authority must report to the commissioner about applications mentioned in section 221 decided in the month.
(2) If required by the commissioner, the road transport authority must give the commissioner particulars of all certificates, statements and other information given for section 221 during the month.
