DOMESTIC ANIMALS ACT 2000 - SECT 137

Approved animal welfare entities

    (1)     The registrar may approve an entity responsible for animal welfare or rehousing abandoned animals to keep or sell animals seized under this Act.

    (2)     An approval is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act
