Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The holder of a varied special licence must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to return the licence to the registrar within 7 days beginning the day after the variation takes effect.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2) The registrar must endorse the variation on the licence, and return it to the licensee, as soon as possible after the return of the special licence.
