DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES ACT 2004 - SECT 124

Acceptance of safety undertaking

    (1)     The work health and safety commissioner may accept a safety undertaking by written notice given to the person who gave the undertaking.

    (2)     On the acceptance of the safety undertaking, the undertaking becomes an enforceable undertaking.
