Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) This section applies to the hearing of an application under section 170 (Application for order disallowing seizure).
(2) If it appears to the Magistrates Court that the seized thing is required to be produced in evidence in a pending proceeding in relation to an offence against a territory law, the court may, on the application of the work health and safety commissioner or its own initiative, adjourn the hearing until the end of that proceeding.
