Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) A court that hears a proceeding for an offence against this Act may make any order it considers appropriate in relation to costs and expenses in relation to the examination, seizure, detention, storage, analysis (including further analysis), destruction or other disposition of anything the subject of the proceeding.
(2) This section does not affect any other power of the court to award costs.
