Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The work health and safety commissioner may include conditions in a licence to protect the health and safety of people, and property and the environment from damage, from hazards associated with, or risks resulting from, the dangerous substances to which the licence applies.
(2) A licence is subject to—
(a) any conditions included in the licence by the work health and safety commissioner; and
(b) any conditions prescribed by regulation.
