EMERGENCIES ACT 2004 - SECT 201

    (1)     The Minister may determine fees for this Act.

Note     The Legislation Act

contains provisions about the making of determinations and regulations relating to fees (see pt 6.3).

    (2)     A fee determined for a service provided to a person by an emergency service is payable by the person even if the person did not ask for, or consent to, the provision of the service.

    (3)     A determination is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act
