ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT 1997 - SECT 142
Placing pollutant where it could cause harm
A person must not cause or allow a pollutant or the source of a pollutant to
be placed in a position as a result of which the pollutant could reasonably be
expected to cause environmental harm.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
