ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT 1997 - SECT 151

Failing to comply with requirement of inspector

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with a requirement made, or direction given, by an authorised officer under this Act.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
