Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The responsible Minister for a division 9.6 authority may, on behalf of the Territory, enter into a contract with an entity relating to the protection of information if—
(a) the information is provided under section 110 (Assistance given by authorities for div 9.6) or section 111 (Assistance given by governing board members for div 9.6); and
(b) publication of the information might be expected to substantially prejudice the entity's commercial interests.
(2) To remove any doubt, subsection (1) does not limit the power of the Territory to enter into contracts.
