Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The Treasurer may make financial management guidelines for this Act.
Note Financial management guidelines may be made in relation to any matter that is required or permitted to be prescribed by the Act, or is necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to the Act (see Legislation Act
, s 44).
(2) A financial management guideline is a disallowable instrument.
Note A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act
