FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ACT 1996 - SECT 25

    (1)     If the Treasurer receives, under section 24 (2), an audit opinion about annual financial statements, the Treasurer must present to the Legislative Assembly, within 3 sitting days after receiving the opinion—

        (a)     a copy of the annual financial statements; and

        (b)     a copy of the audit opinion.

    (2)     If the Treasurer receives, under section 24 (3) (b), an audit opinion about annual statements, the Treasurer must give to each member of the Legislative Assembly, within 7 days after receiving the opinion—

        (a)     a copy of the annual financial statements; and

        (b)     a copy of the audit opinion.
