FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ACT 1996 - SECT 30D

A report prepared under the Annual Reports (Government Agencies) Act 2004

for a directorate for a financial year must include, or have attached to it—

        (a)     the directorate's statement of performance for the year; and

        (b)     the auditor-general's report under section 30C (2) about the statement of performance.
