Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) This section applies if a cancellation proposal is made about an Aboriginal place or Aboriginal object registered under division 6.2.
(2) In deciding whether the place or object should cease to be registered, the council must consult, and consider the views of, each representative Aboriginal organisation about the proposal.
