HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION ACT 2005 - SECT 6A

For this Act, a "prescribed service" means—

        (a)     a health service; and

        (b)     a disability service; and

        (c)     a service for children and young people; and

        (d)     a service for older people; and

        (e)     a service for victims of crime.
