Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The national regulations may prescribe requirements (the loading requirements ) about securing a load on a heavy vehicle or a component of a heavy vehicle.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the loading requirements may include requirements about the restraint or positioning of a load or any part of it on a motor vehicle or trailer.
