HEAVY VEHICLE NATIONAL LAW (ACT) - SECT 320

This Subdivision applies in relation to the driver of a fatigue-regulated heavy vehicle who is—

        (a)     undertaking 100+km work under standard hours; or

        (b)     operating under BFM hours, AFM hours or exemption hours.
