HEAVY VEHICLE NATIONAL LAW (ACT) - SECT 332

Offence to remove pages from written work diary

A person must not remove a daily sheet, or the duplicates of a daily sheet, from a written work diary except as required or authorised by this Law or a corresponding fatigue law.

Maximum penalty—$10000.
