HEAVY VEHICLE NATIONAL LAW (ACT) - SECT 336

Person using approved electronic recording system must not permit tampering with it

    (1)     A person who uses an approved electronic recording system must not permit another person to tamper with the system.

Maximum penalty—$10000.

Examples of a person who uses an approved electronic recording system—

              •     a driver of a heavy vehicle

              •     a driver's record keeper
