HEAVY VEHICLE NATIONAL LAW (ACT) - SECT 682

Functions of chief executive officer

The chief executive officer of the Regulator—

        (a)     is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Regulator; and

        (b)     has any other functions conferred on the chief executive officer by the Board.
