INFORMATION PRIVACY ACT 2014 - SECT 41
Commissioner must tell parties about decision to not deal with privacy
complaint If the information privacy commissioner decides not to deal with a
privacy complaint, or to stop dealing with a privacy complaint, the
commissioner must tell the complainant and respondent about the decision,
including the reasons for the decision.
